LPN Per Diem Coverage - SNF/LTC

Job Description

To provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the Nursing Home, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Unit Coordinator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

*No maximum cap on hours that a nurse can work each week.
*Prefer approximately 1+ year of SNF/LTC experience

EDUCATION: Completion of a four year high school course or equivalent, and graduation from a basic educational program in practical (vocational) nursing with diploma.

EXPERIENCE: One year of experience as a staff nurse in Long Term Care.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION : Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the NH Board of Nursing.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
A drug screen, background check & proof of COVID19 Vaccination will be required of all conditional hires. No boosters are required. Exemptions are accepted (medical & religious) but would need to wear a mask.
