Tools Administrator (Bothell, WA)

Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure the right-first-time execution on Fujifilm Sonosite collaborative tool servers and on time starts by coordinating and delivering readiness milestones.
- Design, develop, and support existing and new software infrastructure and monitoring tools.
- Leverage and improve our platform of tools to solve business problems and will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights through ad hoc data requests and will build a suite of Dashboards and Reports.
- Responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of the software development team’s collaborative tools, Software Product Build Ecosystem, and integrated tools between these solutions and will create complex workflows and individual projects depending upon their states and business flow.
- Create solutions with code or with low-code tools to automate processes and will balance large projects and provide day-to-day support of integrated tools.
- Deploy, upkeep, and test Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, workflow rules, reports, dashboards, and custom and standard integrations.
- Responsible for administration of tools, integration of systems, and vetting/selection of new tools as well as management of document workflows and processes and creation of training materials for workflows and tools.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the Fujifilm Sonosite tools platforms to address pain points and drive business value and conversely, advise what is not the appropriate platform for a process.
- Administer and utilize Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) in a regulatory environment.
- Administer and utilize Atlassian Tools on Unix and Windows environment with Configuration Management, Linux Administration, Build and Release Management and Quality Assurance.
- Administer structured query language database instances (such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL) attached to Atlassian services.
- Customize Atlassian products by developing various plugins, event listeners, Eazybi integrations, Script Runner add on relationships, Groovy scripts and JQL queries to serve internal end users’ needs.
- Employ various compliance testing standards such as IEC62304.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems Security or related field and two (2) years of experience in position offered or related position OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems Security or related field and five (5) years of experience in position offered or related position.
- Must have two (2) years of experience administering and utilizing Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) in a regulatory environment;
- Administering and utilizing Atlassian Tools on Unix and Windows environment with Configuration Management, Linux Administration, Build and Release Management and Quality Assurance;
- Customizing Atlassian products by developing various plugins, event listeners, Eazybi integrations, Script Runner add-on relationships, Groovy scripts and JQL queries to serve internal end users’ needs;

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $182,312.00 - $183,312.00
