Residential Service Tech - A/C and Heating

Climate Guys is a family-owned business located in Holland and has been providing services to the Western Michigan area since 2010. We currently have an opening for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position requires someone who is a self-driver with strong administrative skills, can spot problems and find solutions, and someone who holds themselves accountable for a high-quality work product. Work Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required.

Residential Service Technician Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Preferred candidates will have work that involves the performance of skilled HVAC tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour - + Spiffs - Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screen.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 10+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician
• Possesses both written and verbal English language skills.
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repairs and replacement decisions.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of fireplace units and mini-splits preferred
• Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies.
• Be able to lift 100 pounds.
