Job Details:
- Title: Patient Care Coordinator.
- Location: Nashville, TN.
- The Patient Experience or Relationship Coordinator is responsible for building and supporting the new patient sales experience.
Purpose of Position (in priority order):
- The Patient Experience or Relationship Coordinator is the face of our brand representing the experience the facial plastics practice wants to deliver to our patients.
- Interact with new patients who contact the practice to inquire about plastic surgery or related services. Become the patient guide through the introduction of plastic surgery or other services and commit the prospect to an office appointment with our surgeon.
- Build authentic relationships with the patient. After our surgeon has met with the patient, close the patient on services that will meet their need, including all financial aspects of the procedure.
- Utilizing text, phone, and emails, and/or nurture leads that come in but were not ready to proceed with a procedure so that when they are ready, they come back to our practice.
- Research, promote, and initiate contact with potential patients for plastic surgery or other services via social media, direct contact, etc.
- Help orient the lead generation team to provide the most suitable leads for our practice.
- Responsible for setting monthly sales expectations and meeting monthly sales metrics.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A strong interest and passion for helping patients through their aesthetic transformation.
- Prior experience in sales, business development or marketing.
- Authentic and caring with patients.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor, clear voice articulation, and active listening.
- Results and metrics-driven.
- High performer with a disciplined daily structure.
- Experience as a problem solver with creative new solutions.
- High EQ, moderate to high IQ.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in the healthcare field.
- CRM experience or other sales-focused database experience.
Technical Requirements:
- High familiarity with using the internet, mobile, and social media resources to expand the message and reach the desired audience.
- Experience using Office 365, Teams, and other web/mobile collaboration tools.
Schedule & Hours:
- Full-time position in our office to coincide with our surgeon's schedule with new patients.
- Otherwise, a flexible schedule.
Compensation:
- Base plus incentive pay for booking new patient procedures.
