The Construction Project Manager - Architectural Millwork position is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of an architectural millwork project from start to finish. The position requires a combination of skills in interior design, project management, commercial construction, and architectural millwork to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager - Architectural Millwork is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, including working with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that the project is completed according to plan and within budget. The position requires a combination of skills in project management, commercial construction, interior design, and architectural millwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project from start to finish, including coordinating resources, materials, and labor.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Ensure that the project is completed according to plan and within budget.
- Monitor and adjust project plans to ensure that the project is on track.
- Ensure the safety of all personnel working on the project.
- Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial construction methods and materials.
- Understanding of architectural millwork principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
