Job description
Local Company located in Sparks, NV Shop Lay-out Fitter / Welder with 3-5 years of experience in Ornamental Hand Railing Designs & Structural Steel Fabrication.
$17/Hr+
Position is for a Shop Lay-out Fitter Welder with experience in fabrication and manufacturing of ornamental hand railing structural designs & various structural steel and miscellaneous steel parts. The following requirements are desired unless otherwise noted:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Shop Lay-out Fitter Welding role with
Structural steel and miscellaneous steel fabrication and use of shop equipment
REQUIRED
Must be a certified welder including but not limited to stick and dual-shield
welding REQUIRED (Must have Current Weld Certs)
This person must be able to maintain safety, quality control, production efficiency
and shop appearance while in the shop.
Must be competent in reading shop drawings and construction blue prints.
Must be competent in layouts and & fit-up of structural steel parts.
Must be able to fill in at any position in the working area including how to
operate forklifts, hoists and typical shop fabrication equipment.
Must be able to pass drug screen.
Own Transportation is desired for off-site locations.
US work eligible (will verify)
OSHA 10 hour card is a plus
Pay is based on experience.
