Job description
Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Garden City, NY
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Remote (3-4 days in-office, 1-2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Senior Director to coordinate various marketing initiatives.
Oversee the management of website content and ensure effective SEO optimization.
Develop compelling promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.
Craft engaging content tailored for diverse marketing channels.
Facilitate industry surveys and manage nominations effectively.
Maintain a strong social media presence and ensure the integrity of the CRM system.
Provide support for internal and external communications, including the drafting of press releases.
Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Uphold brand consistency and authenticity across all marketing platforms.
Contribute to the conceptualization and enhancement of marketing materials.
Coordinate with the marketing team to streamline workflow and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to the legal industry considered advantageous.
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in CMS/CRM tools, such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
Strong command of WordPress and adeptness in data analysis for marketing optimization.
Bachelor's degree is required.
