Job Title : Site Services Learning & Development Partner
Location : South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Responsibilities This role has an emphasis as a training specialist in all modalities of learning experiences to positively impact Site Services learning outcomes. As an LDP, you will collaborate closely with the Site Services Learning & Development (L&D) and operations, business partners and the Compliance team and broader capability building communities to help design and deliver effective learning solutions. You will also work closely with the Global Learning Services (GLS) team to operationalize and execute our training activities in the LMS and technical systems.
- LDP learning and operational priorities: Compliance and GxP training creation and revisions, unplanned event training assessments and resolution, and partnering to ensure all compliance training is 95% complete across Site Services.
- Support the L&D team in the SAP ASPIRE implementation, including learning, adapting global eLearning for localized workflow training and Instructor-Led Training and overall support.
- Supporting the L&D team for the full portfolio curricula as needed to support the highest value outputs as an L&D team each quarter.
Compliance Training
- Act as a strategic learning partner who understands business needs and proactively drives to prioritize learning opportunities to advance Site Services outcomes
- Support the creation and/or revision of training to support any aspect of the Site Services learning portfolio or new SAP ASPIRE training and launch (eLearning, Instructor Led)
Project Management
- Support the Site Services Senior Compliance Learning Development Partner (LDP) and ASPIRE Training Manager and team supervisor in overall project management of all deliverables (outputs) for training team preparation, development and delivery
- Understands the overall Site Services Learning & Development team priorities and how to best support delivery for the ASPIRE training needs, but is open and available as needed to support other top priority outputs if needed
Training
- Support the creation and/or revision of training to support any aspect of the Site Services learning portfolio or new SAP ASPIRE training and launch (eLearning, Instructor Led)
- The LDP is accountable for the success of all projects - achieving cost, schedule and performance objectives within the Learning and Development functional portfolio
Requirements - Bachelors Degree Required
- 8+ years of progressive responsibility in a Manufacturing or GxP and Compliance Learning and Development function inPharma or Biotech experience
- 5+ years experience as a learning professional, comfortable leading development of learning strategies, development of support tools, and training content
- 5+ years experience designing, developing and delivering training curriculum in various formats, modalities (instructor-led, web-based, and hybrid) and learning assets (learning designs, job aids, facilitator guides, visuals, documentation); creating a culture of inclusion, belonging
- 5+ years expertise in Instructor-Led Training (ILT), including classroom and virtual facilitation and coaching experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with a team of resources, such as SMEs, internal and external developers to source, synthesize, develop, deliver training
- Is proficient in business and technical Learning Management System and reporting essentials and can collaborate with internal operations teams on evolving business needs for training assignments, reporting and new areas as they emerge (proficiency in Cornerstone and Veeva highly preferred)
