Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the performance of their team and coaching for team success. This position ensures coverage is adequate and assigns tasks and focuses on team members as seen fit according to schedule and business need. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for providing support and training for the day-to-day activities in the staffing department in addition to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor duties. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor also looks to develop and optimize procedures within the staffing department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies tailored for high-volume settings.
- Regularly conducting market research and benchmarking studies to understand current trends in compensation. This ensures that the organization's pay scales remain competitive in the market, aiding in talent attraction and retention.
- Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final placement.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for both the role and the company culture.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
- Manage and develop the talent acquisition team.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience in technical field of Aerospace and Ground Transportation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and trends, especially in high-volume settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software.
- Ability to interpret workforce analytics and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
- Experience in managing third-party vendors and maintaining productive partnerships.
