Job description
City Toyota is a leading automotive dealership specializing in Toyota vehicles. As a Shop Foreman at City Toyota, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our service department. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of service quality.
Pay
* The Shop Foreman Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $64.00 and $65.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team of automotive technicians.
- Providing technical guidance, training, and mentoring to technicians.
- Ensuring the completion of repairs and maintenance work on Toyota vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnosing complex vehicle issues and providing expert solutions.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Monitoring and managing the workflow within the service department.
- Collaborating with service advisors and management to meet customer expectations and service goals.
- Conducting quality control inspections to ensure work meets Toyota's standards.
- Ordering and managing parts and inventory.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of service procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Toyota automotive technician or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- ASE certification and Toyota certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Toyota vehicles and systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
