Title: Product Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR Onsite
Start Pay: $50 63.33/hour.
Contract: 1 year contract
Schedule: M F 40hrs
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Product Manager is ultimately accountable for on-time value drops, feature delivery of the team.
This candidate will:
- Be the liaison between our cross-functional stakeholders, partners and our product squad team in understanding and documenting requirements, use cases, business benefits/impacts, and source to target mappings, etc
- Be key to understanding our data better and delivering foundational data artifacts that will ensure operational readiness of our data for secure access and consumption, including the realization of a complete set of metadata.
- Work in an agile environment, creating and prioritizing epics and working with the team to translate requirements into stories with acceptance criteria, track deliverables and timelines, and manage and escalate risks as necessary
- Coordinate intake requests and gather all the necessary details to facilitate request reviews, prioritization and access approvals
WHAT YOU BRING - Ability to quickly ramp-up on the different Product Creation data sources available
- Passion for data and doing the right thing.
- Ability to manage the intake and prioritization process to understand data needs from both business and tech partners, consumers and stakeholders
- Technical proficiency to query data, access data from both front-end and back-end applications, and able to build and read source to target mappings
- Knowledge on metadata (work experience on metadata preferred)
- Strong analytical and technical background: Ability to own an epic E2E, defining acceptance criteria and ensure that all dependent teams are aware of any changes or work required, including integrations.
Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science area or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management and Product Delivery
- Excellent listener and communicator who can effectively facilitate intake requests, requirements gathering, understanding of use cases and other types of cross-functional discussions
- Highly proficient in SQL, MYSQL or similar experience in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets
- Demonstrated ability to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based, global environment
- Experience operating in Agile/SCRUM delivery methodology
Pay Details: $50.00 to $63.33 per hour
