Seeking Civil Engineer who can handle design as well as project management. Need engineer with BSCE, PE and at least 5 years of experience. Handle design for water, wastewater, drainage, storm water, etc. Experience managing municipal and other water resource projects is needed. Need engineer with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Seeking upbeat, positive engineer who is experienced as well as ambitious. Is this you?
