Job description

A Non-Profit organization that has amassed one of the world's most extensive and valuable collections of natural and cultural history is hiring a Ticket System Administrator / Jr. Data Analyst to join their team. You will administer their enterprise-wide ticketing system including ongoing configuration, systems upgrades, maintaining existing features and products and implement new features that optimize the tools for ticket sales, member retention and acquisition, and community engagement. You will also be creating recurring reports and dashboards for the executive team and several other departments using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Reporting Suite. You will also analyze institutional data and prepare insights & presentations using TSQL, SSRS, C#, MySQL, PHP, Python/R, and CRM tools. This position is On-Site 3 days a week in Downtown Los Angeles. Required Skills & Experience

• 2 yrs. experience as system administrator, database administrator, or data analyst
• Exp w/ programming languages such as: TSQL, SSRS, C#, MySQL, PHP, Python/R
• Exp w/ visualization & dashboarding tools such as: Tableau, Power BI, or Google Reporting Suite
• Exp. managing large databases
• Can troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues
• Can suggest improvements for data collection and analysis processes
• Experience with Cloud CRM Solutions such as: Dynamics365, Talisman CRM, Oracle CX, Salesforce. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
