Job description
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, high energy and passionate Cook to join our New York Kitchen .

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO&CO standard.
- Act as a role model while taking part in service – preparing and cooking dishes.
- Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
- Always keep the immediate work area clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Qualification:
- A fulltime cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preferably with large production volume.
- Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times.
- Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field is desirable.
- Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs.
