Role Overview:

As our Marketing Manager - Performance, you'll be the mastermind behind our advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. You'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, develop innovative strategies, and optimize campaigns to exceed performance goals. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll collaborate across multiple product categories/brands, playing a crucial role in driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Management: Craft and execute innovative campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms, leveraging your expertise to meet and exceed performance goals.
Budget & Performance Optimization: Dive into the numbers, strategically allocating budgets and making real-time adjustments to maximize ROI.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with our creative team to develop captivating ad creatives tailored for Meta and TikTok audiences, constantly testing and iterating for optimal performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Dive deep into analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive future strategies and decisions.
Market Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve, experimenting with the latest trends and features on Meta and TikTok to keep our campaigns fresh and impactful.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy that delivers results.
