• Lead our Area Directors who manage day-to-day operations, increase revenue via localized sales and marketing efforts, build community partnerships, and oversee a team of multidisciplinary professionals of a premier national in-home care provider for older adults and their families.
• Implement initiatives and protocols to advance organizational strategy and fulfill the Arosa mission.
• Pilot organizational strategic initiatives and operational execution.
• We’ve seen some of our most successful Leaders come from the in-home care, staffing, retail, hospitality, and other service-based industries

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hold ultimate responsibility and domain over our service delivery standards, and the people who are responsible for the day-to-day delivery, coordination, and management of those services.
• Oversee team performance, sentiment, and operational integrity to assure all is aligned with the company mission.
• Provide recommendations as to the composition of the local teams, based on the market needs and indicators of growth. Identify opportunities for team development into future positions, as well as continuously sourcing for new team members that can bring leadership in growth stages.
• Establish specific growth and profitability plans for each area, develop actionable strategies with the local leaders, and hold the teams accountable for incremental milestones toward that growth.
• Propose market development and growth initiatives that can be scaled within one’s regions, and across the organization.
