About the role:
The Powersports Project Manager role will be part of our Brands and Products Team. Our Brands and Product team consists of passionate powersports professionals dedicated with prototyping, testing, and developing innovative, proprietary parts and apparel for our inhouse labels; MSR and Tusk. This department is full of creativity and endless opportunities!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage projects, perform in-depth feasibility studies, and qualify and contract manufactures to produce new product lines and bring them to market. You will also work with and direct the design team for product and packaging technical design. To help you, we have created a dynamic office environment for success to take place.
As a Powersports Project Manager, you will perform appropriate testing on products to ensure functionality, longevity, and overall quality. You will collaborate with domestic and oversea vendors to ensure product quality and on-time delivery as well as the Marketing team to ensure a successful market launch for new products. To be a successful candidate, you will have a background in powersports products and the industry. You will have experience with Microsoft office, specifically excel and Word as well as analytical and communication skills.
Physical Demands:
Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes means of self-propulsion to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
