Job description
Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Brockton, MA. We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist Setup/Operator. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
Pay Rate Range: $25 - $30· Set-up and Run CNC Milling and/or Turning Centers
· Reads process sheets, blueprints and sketches of parts to determine machining to be done
· Order appropriate tooling for job
· Responsible for inspection on first run piece and spot check succeeding pieces for conformance specifications
· Ensure all components produced meet specifications by using appropriate measuring equipment such as(Micrometers, Verniers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, etc)
· Basic machine maintenance
· Maintain a clean work area
Qualifications Include:
· Previous experience in setting up and operating CNC Mills & Lathes
· Prior experience in programming preferred but not required
· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
