We are a premier midsize CPA firm located on the outskirts of the DFW area. We are about 90 employees and growing. We are a full service CPA firm with a wide range of clients including for profit, non-profit, international and even a few publicly traded entities. We tend to operate in the small to mid market business verticals with a host of different HNWIs from many different industries and walks of life. We pride ourselves in having a strong work life balance and taking care of our employees to keep them fresh and happy to tackle the many complex tax issues that our clients come to us with. We are ramping up our outsourced accounting services department and looking for candidates who have had a background in public accounting and private industry accounting as we look to merge the two worlds. You get the ability to stay away from tax and audit busy seasons while still getting to work with multiple clients and have different projects to bring a new challenge.10+ years in public and private accounting
- Experience Managing a team of outsourced accountants or outsourced CFOs
- Experience as a CFO
- Expert in business finance functions
Extensive experience in the following:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Reading, generating, and analyzing financial reports
- Management Accounting
- Business tax
- AP/AR
- Cashflow
- Budgeting
- Forcasting
- other capital raising tasks
Base Salary: $125,000-$185,000
