Job description

Senspex in Rio Rancho, New Mexico is seeking to hire an experienced Engineering Manager for its Rio Rancho office. The Engineering Manager is critical to the success of our missions and responsible for overseeing the engineering department, working alongside cross-departmental functions in order to successfully capture and execute projects. An ideal Engineering Manager is multi-faceted with a diverse background in the engineering field, primarily with experience in sensor integration, knowledge of software and computer languages, experience with customization of commercial-off-the-shelf and government-off-the-shelf (COTS/GOTS) components, elements, and systems/subsystems, as well as project management. Candidate must be willing to assist other team members, and be motivated to assume additional responsibilities in order to work in Senspex dynamic team environment.
