Job description

We are seeking an experienced insurance review specialist. Someone who understands insurance, is comfortable reviewing customers policies and confident to offer coverages that may be appropriate for them. We are looking for full-time, but will also consider part-time flexible schedules.

We provide hands on training along with a team concept of constant support. We know if you aren't successful, we aren't successful. Come join us at our new renovated agency in Brooklyn Park in a prime location off 610/Zane Ave N. or our office on Main Street in Rogers, MN. Like to golf? We even have a golf simulator!

The Sniezek Group Agency is the largest Allstate Insurance agency in MN with plans to continue our growth. We have offices in Eden Prairie, Maple Grove and Rogers. Each agency has a small office feel, but we all work together to manage the agency as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Review customer policies and offer recomendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with our customers and within the community.
• Responds to customers via phone and email.
• Look for additional opportunities in the household with additional policies.

Requirements

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Experience with property and casualty experience.
• Knowledge in navigating the internet.
• Insurance License
