**About the Role:**

We are searching for a passionate and creative **Marketing Associate** to join our team in a beautiful, sunny location known for its stunning beaches. This **full-time** position offers the flexibility of **remote work** for the right candidate, with a strong preference for local applicants.

**In this role, you will:**

* **Be a marketing generalist,** supporting all aspects of marketing activities and ensuring alignment with strategic plans and brand identity.
* **Craft compelling written and graphic materials** for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, brochures, proposals, presentations, and other collateral.
* **Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director** to ensure smooth project execution and achieve marketing objectives.
* **Partner with regional practices** to maintain consistent branding across all communication channels (print, signage, and digital).
* **Contribute to social media strategy** by managing social media accounts and supporting regional social media efforts.
* **Participate in the development and execution of the annual content calendar.**
* **Collaborate on ad-hoc marketing initiatives** that support the overall marketing strategy.

**We are looking for someone with:**

* **Strong proficiency** in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
* **Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and presentation tools.
* **A creative and curious mind** with a passion for exploring new ideas.
* **Experience managing social media platforms.**
* **Excellent writing and content creation skills** (ability to create or acquire new materials).
* **The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a team environment.**
* **Strong attention to detail.**
* **Experience in dental or healthcare marketing is a plus.**
