We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Accountant with over 7 years of experience to join our team for an engaging 6-month contract role. Here, you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining the best of remote and on-site work, to support our Controller and accounting executives in a diverse and bustling environment.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate closely with the Controller on various reporting and financial analysis tasks, contributing to the success of our team.
Dive into the month-end close process and assist in generating insightful reports that drive informed decision-making.
Showcase your proficiency with MS Dynamics and other accounting software, becoming a master in your craft.
Take charge of preparing Sales Tax and State Registrations within our accounting software, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Embark on exciting special projects alongside our C-Suite, bringing your unique insights to the table.
Provide backup support for A/P, A/R, and Payroll tasks when the need arises, showcasing your versatility and teamwork skills.
Qualifications We're Looking For:

Demonstrated experience with various accounting software, showcasing your adaptability and skillset.
Proven track record in consistent month-end close processes, demonstrating your reliability and attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial reporting, allowing you to deliver impactful insights to our team.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, enabling you to excel in your role.
Basic understanding of payroll processes, adding value to our diverse team.
