Location: Morristown, NJ – Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Rate : $30-38/HR

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Payroll Processor with extensive experience in utilizing ADP Global View to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and a deep understanding of ADP Global View functionalities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Payroll Processor will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization.
Responsibilities: - Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing operations utilizing ADP Global View. This includes but is not limited to, processing payroll inputs, calculating wages, salaries, deductions, and withholding taxes accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
- ADP Global View Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for all ADP Global View related queries and issues. Leverage deep understanding of ADP Global View functionalities to optimize payroll processes, troubleshoot system errors, and implement system upgrades or enhancements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits deductions. Ensure data integrity within ADP Global View and perform regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Compliance: Stay updated on relevant payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure payroll processes adhere to local laws and regulations to mitigate compliance risks.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll reports as required by management or regulatory agencies. Prepare ad-hoc reports or analysis as requested, utilizing ADP Global View reporting capabilities.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure seamless integration between payroll and other systems. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. Investigate and rectify payroll errors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in payroll processing, with a strong focus on ADP Global View.
- Proficiency in using ADP Global View software and its various modules.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and reconcile discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in payroll processing (e.g., CPP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with other HRIS or ERP systems is advantageous.
