Job description

Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Tool Design Engineer to join our team and help develop new tools for our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate should have experience with press tool design. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tools for manufacturing processes.
• Utilize CAD/CAM programs to create tool designs.
• Test and evaluate tools to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform maintenance and repair on tools.
• Troubleshoot tooling problems on the production floor.
• Work with other engineers to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in tool design and manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM and SolidWork programs
• Familiarity with hydraulic, mechanical presses, spin lathes, and injection molding dies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
