Eastridge Workforce Solutions' legal recruiting team is excited to announce an opportunity to join a downtown Los Angeles publicly traded company as a Litigation Legal Assistant . This role will involve working closely with one Litigation Attorney, providing invaluable administrative support in the field of environmental law. Schedule: This position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000/Yearly

Responsibilities:

• Compile and coordinate work from external sources to produce legal documents under time constraints, often for signature by senior officers and submission to courts and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain accurate calendars and dockets.
• Serve as the Department's point of contact for senior Company executives, internal clients, outside counsel, and officers of the court.
• Add new matters to the case management system.
• Develop and maintain files for large matters of moderate complexity.
• Arrange and monitor meetings, make travel arrangements, and process complex travel logistics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of litigation legal assistant experience.
• Expertise in formatting briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Experience in both State and Federal Courts.
• Ability to adapt to various attorney styles and communicate effectively with executives.
