Job description
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite Day 1)
Title: DevSecops Engineer
Purpose: Supporting the Identity and Access Management Privilege Access Management team within the Technology Risk & Information Security organization.
Responsibilities:
Implementing and managing secure access controls on Windows and Mac systems, with a focus on privileged Access Management (PAM).
Implementing least privilege access, session management, logging, and auditing, emphasizing continuous monitoring and Access Lifecycle Management (LCM).
Integrating and managing systems with Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Vault.
Proficiency in managing BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Manager, including rule/workstyle/app group creation and updates, event monitoring and analysis, patching and application updates, etc.
Collaborating with others to define security policies, standards, and procedures to protect sensitive information and systems.
Identifying control improvements through risk assessments with cross-functional Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams.
Driving the enhancement of analytics and key risk metrics to modernize PAM security controls.
Experience working in Windows, Mac, and Unix environments.
Utilizing DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, and Kubernetes, and coding with Python and PowerShell.
Experience with Splunk for report and dashboard generation, and cloud knowledge is a plus.
Ability to adapt, understand, and self-motivated to learn new technologies and build automated workflows scalable and integrable within the environment.
