The Resource Coordinator Intern is responsible for providing support services for participants.
This role, located in our new Norristown office, is part-time and hybrid.
Job Duties :
- Assesses customer needs and provides appropriate support, referrals, and participant follow-up.
- Make outbound calls to participants for follow-up and status updates.
- Schedule assessments and testing for interest applicants through the State Correctional Institutions
- Assist in file audits to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping by program requirements.
- Assists pre-released and returning citizens and citizens with a criminal background (clients) with identifying potential barriers to employment.
- Documents participant attendance and progress and enters data into the appropriate JEVS and other funder databases.
- 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
- Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- Must be detail oriented and self motivated
