JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Talent Acquisition / Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing our sourcing and talent acquisitions teams (Managers, Team Leaders, and Specialists). Manage all screening processes and recommend candidates for open positions as well as onboard new hires. This person must understand, model, and represent the National Search Group value proposition. He or she will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential "fit" through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience.
Experience & Education:
- A graduate degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or business management.
- A minimum of 5 years experience working as a talent acquisition manager or head of talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks.
- Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes.
- A thorough understanding of state and federal legal processes, requirements, and legislation.
- Analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities.
- Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution.
- Excellent at both verbal and written communication.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with VPs on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
- Lead research teams and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build our database /pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand.
- Manage teams (managers, team leaders, specialists) that recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants, and close qualified candidates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with VPs to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

REQUIRED HOURS & EQUIPMENT
- Must be available during normal USA Business Hours (Eastern Standard Time)
- Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 9 am 6 pm & Fridays 9 am-1 pm EST
