Develop and manage resources such as toolkits, slide decks, and websites to support our network.
Foster a sense of community and collaboration among our partners through effective communication and engagement.
Improving CalFresh Access (5%):
Translate complex concepts into plain language to enhance accessibility and understanding.
Share the experiences and challenges faced by our partner organizations and their communities to drive positive change.
Contribute to statewide workgroups and initiatives aimed at improving food security for all Californians.
Organization and Department Responsibilities (5%):
Support the mission and values of our organization through active participation in staff meetings and committees.
Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the overall success of the team.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal skills, project management, and a desire for continuous learning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in everyday language.
A collaborative and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital platforms such as Salesforce.
Fluency in a second language (preferred but not required).
Experience in nonprofit engagement, meeting facilitation, and resource development.
A passion for social justice and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
