Job description
Class A OTR drivers with 2 year experience $0 down lease purchase with no credit check and a $1 buyout at the end of the lease.
· Reefer freight that pays $1.65-$1.68/Mile on all miles loaded and empty – this includes FSC - base rate is $1.29-$1.32 with FSC currently at .3557CPM and adjusted weekly
· Average weekly gross of $4400-$5375 on 2700-3200 miles per week
·100% no touch with 80% drop n hook and no trailer fee
· Weekly base payment is $308 (which covers insurance, base truck payment, etc) and then pay lease down with payment of $.28CPM
· All maintenance is covered under the Preventative maintenance plan which costs $.07CPM. this covers preventative maintenance to major repairs at no cost to you the driver out of pocket. It is all covered under the maintenance plan.
· Average weekly take home after ALL Expenses is $2450-$2575/WK
· Currently can not hire drivers out of CA, NY, NJ, IL, the Northeast (NY and north), VA and in FL south of Tampa.
Trucks are Freightliner Cascadia and we will accept auto restrictions. The company pays for base plates, tolls and other fees – driver responsible for insurance and 2290.
All trucks have APUs and interverters
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST (IF YOU HAD TO DO SAP PROGRAM YOU ARE AN AUTO DQ). THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
Qualifications:
23 years old with at least two years Class A OTR verifiable driving experience in the last three years
No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years (personal and commercial) and none of them may be major such as reckless/careless, 15+
No more than 2 incidents accidents/incidents in the last three years. None may be DOT Reportable Preventable. May not have any DOT Reportable Preventable in last three years
No more than six jobs in the last three years
No felonies in last ten years and misdemeanors will be looked at in a case by case basis
No DUIs in a personal vehicle in last 10 years and only 1 in lifetime
Can never have DUI in commercial vehicle and can never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test ever
