Job description
A well-established Silicon Valley company, specializing in ServiceNow technology, is currently seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join their team. The company supports worldwide clients in ServiceNow implementations, with expertise in Employee Workflows, Industry Workflows, IT Workflows, and Custom Apps/App Engine.
Responsibilities:
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs as a ServiceNow Architect.
You will be responsible to analyze user needs and devise software solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Design and customize software for clients, ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow systems.
Lead the analysis and design of databases within application areas, either individually or as part of a collaborative team effort.
Validate requirements from clients, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions design for ServiceNow systems.
Design processes, set up business environments, and manage changes to cloud-based ServiceNow systems.
Design ServiceNow workflows, configure Service Catalogs, and integrate with third-party web service protocols.
Skillset:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting and project management.
Hold essential certifications, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, and ITIL certification (preference for ITIL v3). Additionally, ServiceNow SAIF/SIM certification is preferred.
Demonstrate over 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
5+ years of expertise as a ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer.
Showcase proficiency in ServiceNow OOTB/configurable capabilities/features, specifically in change, release, configuration, asset management, CMDB, asset tables, and reporting.
Exhibit adeptness in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript or Jelly, encompassing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.
Possess a fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols, and email.
