Opening: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Eagle River
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour, With Benefits

This established organization is known for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and a supportive work environment. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic team.
WHAT YOULL DO:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming payments and ensuring accuracy in billing and invoicing.
- Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Communicating effectively with clients to address billing inquiries and payment arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Collaborating with the finance team to improve AR processes and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
- Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
