Excellent opportunity for a TN licensed, BC|BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice just outside of Nashville, TN.

This fast-growing, senior focused, team approach to primary care provides a positive and well-balanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by community relationships.

Mon - Friday schedule
Average 12 patients per day
Guaranteed base salary plus bonus
$30,000 sign-on bonus!!
