Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately read assembly drawings. Follow assembly MSPs. Assemble/solder microwave components and cables according to specifications. Use a variety of hand tools, gauges Read and follow instructions on Job Travelers. Track/record job progress and deficiencies daily in both written and electronic formats. Follow all company standard protocols for lot tracking on assembly piece parts. Follow all company standard protocols for time, job and efficiency tracking on advanced manufacturing software.
Qualifications / Requirements
Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions. Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods. Excellent vision and hand/eye coordination is a necessity. Must be able to accurately use measuring tools. Must have keen attention to detail and quality. Must be able to bend, stoop and reach. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
High School diploma/GED Experience working with build to print assemblies in a production environment. Willingness to work varied shifts to support surge activities.
