Job description
T his role is critical to binding our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in product launches, adoption , and overall Walmart Fulfillment Services seller growth and retention .
You will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in organizing product launches and engagement campaigns directly to sellers as well as e nabling C hannel P artners to drive adoption of WFS services among their seller audience.
The right candidate will have outstanding time management and communications skills, with a strong background in strategy, great attention to detail, demonstrated ability to successfully partner with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive outcomes.
What you'll do...
Design and execute personalized lifecycle marketing strategy to engage , grow, and retain sellers on WFS.
O wn go-to-market seller communication strategy from end-to-end including core value proposition, creative & copy development, deployment, reporting, and optimization across integrated marketing plans including social posts, newsletters, emails, webinars, paid media.
Develop and manage an annual/quarterly editorial calendar for the key products you support to drive product adoption and engagement among sellers on Walmart Marketplace and Channel Partner platforms.
Partner with the GTM, Product, Marketing, Channel Partnership, Content/UX teams and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth go-to-market process for all new product releases and updates as well as evergreen campaigns for key products.
Check in with all stakeholders regularly to communicate all SLAs, project status, and/or launch date changes.
Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, uncover opportunities for optimization, and communicate performance metrics and results to leadership and stakeholders.
R epresent WFS at industry conferences (15-20% travel required ).
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
5+ years of project management/product marketing experience with digital marketing/creative department or agency.
You have experience in automating B2B lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of creative development capabilities and SLAs.
You have high standards for writing, grammar, and attention to detail.
You are a self-starter and have strong interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills. You’re organized, disciplined and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to create clarity in ambiguous circumstances, including in stakeholder conversations at the onset of a new project, gathering requirements or managing through revision.
