Job Summary You'll play a pivotal role in bridging connections between various stakeholders including community organizations, industry partners, educational agencies, and more. Your primary focus will be on supporting teacher credentialing and expanding apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs. This multifaceted position requires specialized expertise in career-technical education, credentialing, and apprenticeship programs. You'll lead a dedicated team, providing guidance, consultation, and support to school districts and credential candidates. Additionally, you'll serve as the liaison for the California Division of Apprenticeship Standards, facilitating the establishment and growth of apprenticeship programs. In this role, your decisions will significantly impact the organization and administration of educational programs and services. Requirements / Qualifications Experience: A minimum of three years of comprehensive experience in school site administration, including at least two years in an educational leadership role. Previous experience in district CTE administration is highly desirable. Education: A Master's degree in education or a related field from an accredited institution. License or Certificate: All applicants must possess and maintain a valid California Administrative Services Credential, along with a valid California Career Technical Education Teaching Credential/Vocational Education Credential or California Single Subject Teaching Credential in relevant areas.
