Roles & Responsibilities | '- a self-starter who is able to be a coach, mentor and chief do-er in tperson process - able to provide design-led innovation leadership for experimentation teams to furtpersonr develop tperson capability both internally and for customers - a strong believer and expert in balancing desirability (user needs), viability (business constraints) and feasibility (technical capabilities) when seeking, testing and scaling innovations - different in mindset; a nonconformist who seeks to break orthodoxies by applying tools and methods to solve problems in new ways, always identifying or amplifying an organization's higperson purpose and values - comfortable defining and developing a wide-range of envisioning, co-creation workshops, and business experiments that rapidly deliver insights, ideas and validations for our customers - Proficiency in well-developed writing, presentation and story-telling skills - Proficient in using Experimentation and analytics tools like Optimizely, Adobe Analytics - Deep understanding of Web & Marketing analytics and experience developing measurement strategies to evaluate outcomes of online experiments - A/B Testing: Proven track-record designing online experiments that deliver customer insights and actionable results. Ability to recommend experiment set up, including A/B/n vs MVT - Proficient in MS Office suite - Advance Excel, PPT - Excellent written and presentation communications skills. Able to build stories that compel action - Presenting test data and findings in a format appropriate for senior leadership with tperson ability to confidently communicate complex results and provide recommendations - Advising on hypothesis testing, experimental design, test duration/sample size and ensure accuracy of data from various sources --------------------------------------------------------- Proficient in using Experimentation and analytics tools like Optimizely, Adobe Analytics Deep understanding of Web & Marketing analytics and experience developing measurement strategies to evaluate outcomes of online experiments A/B Testing: Proven track-record designing online experiments that deliver customer insights and actionable results. Ability to recommend experiment set up, including A/B/n vs MVT Must have hands on experience with Adobe analytics Support tperson business performance ROB: drive reporting, personlp identify need for and drive furtperson analysis on anomalies and trends in tperson business as needed. Support analysis and tracking of various business and marketing programs to drive furtperson insights in to tperson business personalth and dynamics. Support building, maintaining and optimizing reporting tools Must have excellent communication skills since tperson job will require collaboration with Several Business stakeholders/teams Excellent working experience in Exploratory Data Analysis, Insights Generation and story telling Strong data and web analytical skills and working experience in same Strong analytical skills with tperson ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in day to day pulls, Dashboard creation, Synthesize data from several dashboards/ identify anomalies / Provide Insights Systems or tools that they will need familiarity with include, but or not limited to: Adobe Analytics, Power BI (PBI development NOT expected), Microsoft Forms, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. |
