Job description
Join Rovira Property Management a leading property management firm with a thriving portfolio of residential properties in Florida. As we continue to expand, we're in search of a dynamic Director of Growth to play a pivotal role in strategically increasing our client base.

Compensation:
- Expected First Year Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000 (Base + Commission + Revenue Share)
- Base Salary

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking.
- Focus on outbound sales with a big emphasis on cold-calling property owners from targeted lists.
- Initiate and maintain long-lasting relationships with prominent property owners, investors, and stakeholders in the market to establish our company as a household name in property management.
- Regularly attend local REIA, Chamber of Commerce, and other networking events to generate awareness of our presence in the market.
- Provide in-depth information about our property management services, acting as a knowledgeable consultant.
- Address client questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and expertise.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to successful closure, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals through effective pipeline management.
- Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation, sales, and ongoing client management.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Proven experience in inside sales, specifically in lead generation and closing deals.
- Ability to think strategically about lead generation, targeting specific markets, and identifying key opportunities for business growth.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Dedication to understanding and meeting the unique needs of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our property management services.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with property management concepts is a plus.
