InfraHire is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Elizabeth, NJ.
Job Description:
- Greet customers/ visitors and direct incoming phone calls.
- Process accounts payable and other administrative duties.
- Receive and direct phone calls
- Process invoices through account payable, post purchase orders.
- File truck files after F&I Manager has completed sale transaction
- Dept of Motor Vehicles experience.
- Check titles in daily.
- Spanish Bilingual
- MS Office proficient
