Job description
We have an outstanding long term contract position for a Technical Recruiter to join a leading Company located in the Bothell, WA. Need someone who has experience recruiting for various technical skill set. Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry is preferred. Need to work Onsite every day in Bothell, WA
Builds business partnerships with hiring managers and ensures recruiting strategies and operations align with business needs. Performs all recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background and reference checking, offering and on-boarding.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and successfully executes a sourcing plan for openings in partnership with Hiring Managers
- Developing a target list of companies, researching individuals to target, artfully engaging target talent, solidifying interest, and reporting on results each week to the Hiring Manager and team
- Maintains candidate pipeline matching anticipated talent needs so when opportunities to hire arise, key prospects are identified within each discipline and are ready to pursue
- Reviews applications/resumes and phone screens/interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, and provides information about the organization and position to generate interest
- Recommends screened candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization
- Maintains consistent, clear, and regular communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure engagement and interest
- Increases positive candidate experience including quick turn-around time
- Negotiates offer package with candidates from the beginning of the process for maximum efficiency and improvement of offer-to-hire ratio
- Communicates offers and leads the hiring team toward offer acceptance
- Serves as primary contact for all recruiting inquiries and works to maintain a professional and responsive company reputation
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
Pay rate is 40-45 an hour.
