Summary of Responsibilities

As a Project Manager with our company, you are not just managing projects; you are orchestrating a symphony of construction excellence. While creating a harmonious collaboration between clients, architects, subcontractors, and the construction crew.

Essential Functions

• Manage and supervise residential construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate and direct skilled subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration on-site
• Read and interpret project plans with precision
• Write and adhere to accurate project schedules and deadlines
• Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, attending to clients' needs and concerns throughout the construction process in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Have a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that finished projects exceed expectations
• Maintain secure, clean, and tidy job sites- do what needs to be done
• Write change orders, track and approve subcontractors’ invoices, and manage project budgets
• Manage punch list from day one
• Run weekly production meetings with clients

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 5+ years of residential construction Project Management experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Experience with Builder Trend or similar construction management software preferred
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and commitment to clean and tidy job site
• Must have a reliable vehicle that is standard for this industry

Compensation

• Salary: $80,000-$110,000 DOE
• Bonus opportunities
• 401K with 3% company match
• 2 weeks PTO
• Monthly Cell phone stipend
• Mileage reimbursement
• Paid Holidays (8)
