What you will do

Primary responsibility for the Sage business unit Indirect Channels Sr Manager will be to manage a revenue portfolio of ~$700M.  Functions to include managing primary distributor relationships, development of applicable channel strategies, distributor contract negotiations and execution, monitoring transactional product fulfillment, maintaining critical internal stakeholder relationships, and partnering with commercial teams to ensure necessary alignment for leveraging channel efficiencies. The successful candidate in this role will be a self-starter and persuasive leader, skilled at communication and consensus building.

• Manage contract negotiation strategies on all assigned agreements within applicable distributor portfolio.
• Own direct responsibility for all Sage specific Med-Surg distributor contracts and relationships while also owning additional enterprise relationships to include Concordance Health.
• Align with the Indirect Channel Management Compliance team related to approvals, onboarding, training, and certifications of indirect channel partners.
• Effectively communicate and educate key Sage leadership on Sage indirect channel KPIs while also coordinating with leadership for business-critical decision making impacting the indirect channel space.   
• Manage Sage internal relationships while helping to inform and provide clarity on indirect channel insights that drive effective decision making.
• Engage with necessary distribution industry contacts, including representation in HIDA (Healthcare Industry Distributor Association).
• Establish communication process from 1A’s to indirect channel partners regarding new product announcements, product discontinuations or potential product constraints.
• Partner with Customer Solutions Indirect Channel Operations and Customer Intelligence in the development of comprehensive channel analytics to inform insights and drive accurate decision making.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise indirect channel strategy and contracting leverage while building on the foundation of executed contracts with key distributors.

What you need​

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Supply Chain or Healthcare related applicable discipline required.

• 10+ years professional experience in sales, channel management, sales management, relevant operations, or supply chain and logistics management.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics management in a multi-divisional or global business unit structure required. Healthcare and or Medical Device industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP preferred.

$112,800-$239,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
