Job description
Position Summary:
The Store Manager provides supervision and operational guidance to the storefront team and acts as the on-site point of contact for Contracting and material control cross flow. The Manager coordinates with material control to ensure all quality assurance protocols are followed. They ensure activities are completed on time and within budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the department is adequately staffed with properly trained personnel.
- Making or approving decisions for department employees regarding employment, performance ratings, promotions, salary recommendations, transfers, and terminations.
- Resolving personnel problems, particularly those of a more complex nature.
- Guiding and advising employees in the more complex phases of work.
- Motivating employees and maintaining a high level of morale.
- Managing, tracking, and scheduling time off and vacation for Noble’s employees.
- Works closely with Contract Operations and local outsource partners to ensure contract requirements are being met.
- Coordinates store schedules, and provides coverage.
- Partners with cross-functional support teams to improve the flow and operation of the facility.
- Generates regular reporting to continually monitor supply chain status and identify potential shortcomings before they become a problem.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Experience, Education, Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
- 4+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position

- Strong communication and oversight skills

- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
- A superb time manager
- Highly trained in conflict management and personnel development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills to include basic hardware and software troubleshooting
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, NetSuite a plus
Physical Demands:
- General Office Conditions
- Flexibility – Ability to support extended hours on a surge basis.
