Our client is a growing Private Practice based in Auburn AL that offers its employees productivity bonuses, partnership track and full benefits.

The Position : Our Client is looking for an Optometrist to join their growing Private Practice.

• Up to $195,000
• Lucrative Bonus Plan
• Partnership Track Available

• 2 – 3 weeks of PTO + Paid Holidays
• $1,500 for CME
• 401k with match that accrues.

Requirements:

• Licensed Optometrist in Alabama
• New Grads Welcome

Responsibilities:

• Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
• Perform Comprehensive Eye And Vision Tests
• Diagnose Defects of The Eye, Such as Myopia, Astigmatism And Glaucoma
• Provide Personalized Temporary And Permanent Solutions to Sight Issues Based on Each Patient’s Specific Case And Medical History
• Prescribe Medications, Eyeglasses And Contact Lenses
• Advise Patients on Proper Eye Care Techniques
• Keep Updated And Accurate Medical Records For All Patients
• Book Next Appointments in Cases Where Re-Examination is Required
• Refer Eye Doctors And Ophthalmologists When Patients Need to Undergo a Surgery or in Cases of Severe Eye Injuries
