Job description
Responsibilities
Provide administrative supportto executive/s with a high level of confidentiality
Prepare documents including correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, and department functions
Schedule domestic/internationaltravel arrangements for executive/s
Manage complex meeting schedules, including customer meetings and activities for off-site meetings
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer as needed
Maintain a close working relationship with all members of management and have knowledge of company activities on a corporate level
Order, organize and maintain department files and supplies
Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
3-10 years&rsquo experience working in an administrative role with demonstrated organization skills and administrative competencies required
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Must have high level of interpersonal skills
Capable of organizing and prioritizing heavy workloads in a deadline driven, fast paced environment with accuracy and minimal supervision
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated intermediate to expert level of proficiency in PC applications and operating systems, including Microsoft office products, (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
