What’s a typical day as a Tax Preparer? You’ll be:

• Generating business growth by preparing and reviewing personal and business tax returns.

• Conducting tax interviews with clients and ensuring client confidentiality and privacy.

• Providing tax planning services for business clients, including individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

• Researching various tax issues related to tax compliance and tax planning.

• Preparing complex tax returns and conducting quarterly and year-end tax projections.

• Reviewing sales tax returns and payroll tax returns.

• Utilizing computer skills, including QuickBooks and Drake software.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of tax preparation experience.

• Possess Enrolled Agent (EA) credentials.

• Are familiar with business return and personal tax return experience, including 1040s, 1120s, and 1065s.

• Have experience using Drake software.

• Are knowledgeable about accounting concepts involved in tax return preparation.

• Have the ability to maintain client confidentiality and privacy.
