CHG is looking for a Privacy Analyst to join our Privacy team. The Privacy team is responsible for ensuring compliance to various privacy regulations and aligned to the risk profile of CHG at the direction of the Director of Privacy. As a Privacy Analyst I on the Privacy team you will be responsible for helping the privacy team through contract review, responding to consumer requests and any other activities to move the privacy program forward. This role will report to Director of Privacy.
Responsibilities: - Maintenance of policies, processes and procedures related to Company privacy practices, including its privacy notice and statement, information sharing standards, privacy breach incidents, and privacy safeguards in coordination with information security and legal counsel.
- Provide privacy compliance guidance and training relative to strategic initiatives, regulatory changes, policy and procedure reviews, process changes, new or changing products or services, and other initiatives.
- Review enterprise privacy training, privacy-related complaints, privacy, and information sharing policies and procedures.
- Support and participate in managing regulatory compliance with state and federal privacy laws and regulations.
- Lead out the response to consumers exercising their rights as it relates to their data.
- Perform privacy impact assessments as needed.
- Measure privacy risks through KPIs/KRIs.
- Review vendor contracts to ensure appropriate privacy language is included to mitigate risks.
- Review vendors that pose privacy risks to the organization and partner with the security team to implement controls and monitoring to mitigate risks.
- Investigate potential violations of policies and work with leadership and employee relations to uphold policies
Qualifications: - Experience in gaining a detailed understanding of data- where it lives and how it's used.
- Experience with incident response plans and tabletop exercises.
- Ability to present to any level of the organization and any group size.
- Assists with research, assessment of privacy programs and participates in risk-based decision making to help identify and drive organizational priorities.
- Supports implementation of privacy by design principles.
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize wors - manages projects from scope to completion
- Possess good judgment with respect to what is important and what is not, in driving towards outcomes.
Education and Years of Experience: - 3+ years privacy compliance experience, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- CIPP certification, preferred
Preferred: - Ability to build and foster relationships with lines of business, support functions and stakeholders across the enterprise
- Experience with OneTrust, Office 365 applications, Teams, and Jira
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $57,900 -- $140,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
