PetSmart Veterinary Services works on an ownership model that’s unlike anything else. It’s a simple but powerful solution that gives Veterinarians control of their practice in a reduced time-frame for reduced startup costs than what would normally be required. Additionally, PetSmart Veterinary Services helps with certain back-office support allowing Veterinarians to focus more time on care, and less time on the day-to-day business operations.

A P etSmart Veterinary Services franchised hospital is seeking a doctor (DVM/VMD) with an entrepreneurial spirit and is offering equity ownership in the hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding medical care;
• Build and develop teams;
• Mentor veterinarians and technicians;
• Build and maintain strong regional relationships;
• Champion high hospital culture standards; and

• Preferences: Compassionate, forward-thinking leader passionate about continued education and elevating teams.
