• 100% outpatient practice at an established community clinic
• Join 2 pediatricians and 4 NPs (when fully staffed)
• Monday through Friday work schedule; no weekend clinic
• Light phone-only call of 1:6 or 1:7; malpractice coverage provided
• Patient census of 12 – 18 per day; 4 weeks of vacation time at start
